CE mark studies for the “Rivet Press” that is one of our projects, for which we pay great attention in the last two years, have been completed. These studies have been completed nearly within a year since the date we started.

CE marking studies were important in respect of our place in the machine industry. Riveting presses with radial technology

Radial riveting process is deemed worldwide as a most contemporary riveting principle.In riveting, operation principle of radial technology is to treat by forming a daisy leaf.

Superiority of radial technology is: Due to path of key, a lower force is applied to the rivet.As a result of considerably higher fatigue strength, life span of work piece is longer.

Due to minimum friction, perfect surface quality is obtained.A need to handle and fix the work piece is relatively less.Power saving is possible. By means of radial principle, it is possible to rivet even attachments which are not possible by now except other techniques.
