ENFORCEMENT

The arbitration will take place only in Istanbul Trade Courts, Turkey and shall be conducted entirely in the Turkish language. Judgment on the award of the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof or having jurisdiction over one or more of the parties or their assets.
